Our 30-Day Fur-Free Guarantee

We want you to love your FurFree Living kit. If you're not happy with it for any reason, email support@furfreeliving.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short note (a photo or video helps us improve). We'll refund the price of the kit to your original payment method.

In most cases we won't ask you to send the item back. If we do need it returned, we'll tell you how before you send anything.

The guarantee is in addition to your legal rights below and does not affect your statutory rights.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To cancel, email us with your order number, or use this wording: "I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the sale of the following goods: [order number], received on [date], [your name and address]."

  • After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Contact us first and we'll give you the return address.
  • Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you pay the cost of returning it.
  • We'll refund the full price, including any delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof that you've sent them, whichever is sooner.
  • We may reduce the refund if the goods have been handled more than necessary to check them.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us with your order number and a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you're entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or a repair or replacement after that. We cover any return costs for faulty items.

Digital guide

The Digital Fur-Free Home Guide is a free bonus included with every kit and is not sold separately.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, in pounds sterling. Please allow 3–5 working days for your bank to show the refund.
