Where's my order?
Every FurFree Living order is sent with full tracking. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days, and most arrive within 5–10 working days from the day you order. Final delivery in the UK is usually made by Royal Mail.
Track in 3 steps
- Open the dispatch email from us (check your spam folder too). It contains your tracking number and a Track your order button.
- Click that button – or copy your tracking number and use the tracker below, which works for every stage of the journey.
- Paste your tracking number to see the latest update.
Once your parcel reaches the UK, you can also follow it on Royal Mail tracking.
Good to know
- Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update after dispatch.
- While your parcel travels to the UK, Royal Mail may not recognise the number yet – that's normal. Use the tracker above in the meantime.
- Haven't received a tracking email within 4 working days of ordering? Email us and we'll send it straight over.
- No movement on your tracking for 5 working days, or no parcel within 14 working days? We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
